Booking Your Service Call

Thank you for reaching out to us about your roof concerns.

Please read and complete the service agreement and we will contact you to book your service call promptly.

Why do we need an agreement?

Most of the time we are able to resolve service calls quickly and at no cost to our customer. However, there are instances where the source of the issue is not the roof. In the event that the roof is clearly not the source of the problem, you will be charged $300 to cover the travel expense and wage of the service technician.

Examples of common issues NOT caused by roof:

  1. Leaky dormer windows
  2. Chimney wear and tear
  3. Skylight failure
  4. Improper/inadequate ventilation
  5. Wildlife damage

Understand that Classic Products Roofing Systems Inc. will pre-authorize the amount of $295 CAD on my credit card to be charged only if the Classic Products Roofing Systems Inc. service representative comes to my home and discovers that there is no warranted issue with my roof. In the event that there is an issue with my roof that is covered by manufacturer’s warranty or labour guarantee, Classic Products Roofing Systems Inc. will release the pre-authorized funds within 3 business days.
